London based Producer/DJ Melle Brown returns with the summer-tinged ‘Brown Eyes (Golden)’ Ft. Angelina & fromLondon, Mixed and Mastered by house legend Sean McCabe. Blurring the lines between neo-soul, jazz and mid-tempo house whilst managing to infuse contemporary melodies into her productions.

This marks Melle’s first release since the critically acclaimed ‘Intersection EP’; released via Jamz Supernova's Future Bounce in 2019, lead single ‘Background Noise’. The EP featured Grammy nominated Tiana Major9, and had guest spots from Oli Hannaford, LayFullStop & Intalekt.
The project also picked up widespread radio support from the likes of Elton John, Toddla T, Trevor Nelson, MistaJam + more.
Press highlights included Complex, Hunger Magazine, Notion, RedBull and EarMilk.

She has since DJ’d for Dimitri From Paris, Origins Sounds (Nightales), Complexion (BBC 1Xtra), Parklife Festival and turned in guest mixes for Kiss Fresh, 6 Music, Foundation FM, Rinse FM alongside studio sessions with some of the most hotly tipped talent in the UK.
Summer 2021 saw Melle host Apple Music’s Creative Studios in London, interviewing the likes of Nile Rodgers and Fraser T Smith,
and she has been mentored this year by Fred Again and Kamille as one of 10 women in production on Universal Music's 'She is The Music' programme.

In Melle’s own words ‘Brown Eyes (Golden)’ is “a self love track that extends beyond me. It speaks to a generation who can relate to the feeling of being set back by
life's natural obstructions, or opinions of others. I hope this track will inspire confidence to keep pushing and to do the things you may have been putting off!"

This release features additional production courtesy of fromLondon, Hailing from SE London, who grew up around gospel music and influences from diverse musical tastes, including jazz & soul.
Collaborating with a range of artists and producers from the UK, US & across Africa. A keen ear for music, and classically trained on Violin allows him to explore the fusion between soul and afro house - which can be heard in his debut EP 'R.A.M – Release.Ascend.Maintain' & received acclaim from the likes of Ministry of Sound, BBC 1xtra, Kiss Fresh + more.

Angelic & warm vocals from Angelina - an emerging songwriter and vocalist of our generation with effortless range & a sincere and soulful vibe to her music. You may have heard her harmonies on UK rising stars projects such as Benjiflow & Ragz Originale and a feature on Jeauneil's debut single 'Falling'.

As one of the few young DJs capturing an authentic view on music from eras gone-by, Melle is setting herself apart from the pack and has an exciting year ahead.
